Tip: Quantities like 120, 144, 150, or 200 often result in more cubic, safer cartons (e.g., 29.8 x 35.2 x 36 cm).

Shipment Summary
Add product dimensions to calculate carton and freight figures.
Figures are estimates based on standard carton packing and exclude pallets, moisture barrier and loading loss.
How these figures are calculated
- Each product is packed in its own cartons — different SKUs are never mixed — so every product's carton count is calculated independently. Units per carton is yours to set: pick 100, 120, 144, 150 or 200, or enter any figure your factory works to.
- Packed unit size adds 0.1 cm to each side for a polybag, or 0.5 cm for a gift box.
- Units are arranged in the cube-like grid that best fits your unit's real dimensions — the one whose longest and shortest carton edges are closest in length, not a fixed 5 × 5 × 4. Carton size then adds 1 cm to length and width, and 2 cm to height for sealing.
- Volume = L × W × H ÷ 1,000,000 (CBM). Volumetric weight = L × W × H ÷ 5,000 (kg) — the air freight standard. Actual weight includes packaging and a 1.5 kg carton tare.
- Usable capacity is 28 CBM for a 20GP and 65 CBM for a 40HQ — both already discounted for pallets and loading loss. Estimates exclude pallets, moisture barrier and customs packing.
- A count that can only be split into a long, flat box is arranged on the nearest larger grid instead (101 → 102) so the carton stays cubic and stacks safely. Carton count and weight still follow the quantity you entered.
