Custom Business Card Holders & Leather Card Case Manufacturer

Card holders are a small product with a large margin, and most of the differentiation sits in the opening. Tell us whether you want a thumb slot, a pull tab or a pop-up trigger, how many cards the pocket should hold, and whether RFID blocking is required. We build the leather, stitching and logo together: blind deboss, foil or laser, at low MOQ, with bespoke development for a new silhouette.

Card Holder Company, Custom Business Card Holder & Private Label Card Cases

Card holder programs usually fall into two buyer types. Retail brands want a compact card wallet that sits beside a phone, with a clean edge and a logo that reads at arm's length. Corporate buyers want a leather business card case that presents well when handed over — often a gusseted or magnetic business card case with a lined interior. Both can share a leather and lining palette, which keeps inventory simple while giving each channel its own shape.

The opening mechanism decides the user experience. A thumb slot card holder is cheap to make and easy to use; a pull tab card sleeve adds a ribbon and a little assembly; a pop-up trigger mechanism needs an aluminum or plastic frame and tighter tolerances. Accordion and multi slot card holders trade slimness for capacity. For RFID blocking card sleeves, the shielding layer should cover the card stack completely, including the open edge, or the protection is nominal. If the design includes an AirTag holder, confirm the pocket does not muffle the tracker. Ask for a test report rather than a claim.

Logos on flat card cases behave differently by method: blind deboss suits full grain and crazy horse, foil reads best on smooth saffiano or pebbled leather, and laser engraving gives a crisp mark on both leather and vegan material. For corporate executive gifts, an engraved business card holder packed in a drawer slide box with a matching dust bag lifts perceived value at modest cost. Keep the master carton plan in view — small cases pack densely, so carton CBM is often the largest cost lever after leather.
