Custom Metal Card Wallets, Pop Up Card Holders & Aluminum Wallet Manufacturer

Pop-up wallets live or die on the mechanism. We machine the aluminum shell, tune the trigger and card capacity, then wrap it in leather if the design calls for it. Tell us the card stack thickness and whether you want a money strap, a thumb slot or an RFID-blocking shell. Laser engraving and metal badges are both available, with low MOQ light customization and full bespoke development for new mechanisms.

Custom Pop Up Card Wallets, Leather Wrapped Metal Wallets & Aluminum Card Wallets

Metal wallets compete on feel and reliability. A pop-up card wallet is a spring-loaded cassette inside a rigid shell: the card stack, the trigger travel and the shell tolerance have to agree, or cards either jam or fall out. Buyers should specify card capacity at the sample stage and test with the actual cards their customers carry, including embossed and metal cards, which are thicker than the standard 0.76 mm.

Shell material sets the price and the story. Aluminum is light and takes anodized color well; a carbon fiber wallet gives a technical look at a higher cost; titanium is a premium niche. A leather wrapped metal card wallet softens the feel and makes the piece suitable for executive gifting, while keeping the RFID-blocking aluminum body. A pop up wallet with money strap or a quick-access thumb slot changes the interior layout and should be specified early. Slide card wallets and elastic plate wallets use different mechanisms and should be evaluated separately, since the card retention system is the part that wears.

Branding on metal is best done by laser engraving, which is permanent and works on curved surfaces, or by a custom metal emblem on the leather wrap. Foil stamping and a blind debossed leather wrap belong on the leather element rather than the shell. For bulk orders, confirm the individual gift box, the carton quantity and the CBM, since metal shells are heavy for their size — freight is a larger share of landed cost than for leather-only goods. Samples should include a full card load test before approval.
