Custom Leather Wallets & Men's Billfolds Manufacturer
Most wallet programs start with a shape you already sell. Send the silhouette, card count and leather; we match it, adjust the interior, and add your logo by blind deboss, foil or laser. Light logo runs start at low MOQ, small batches are welcome, and fully bespoke patterns are developed from your sample. Full grain, crazy horse and vegan leathers run on the same line, with samples in about a week.

Custom Leather Wallets, Mens Wallets Bulk & Private Label Supply
A genuine leather wallet range is easiest to plan by carry style rather than by price alone. Bifold wallet and trifold wallet styles still carry most mens wallet assortments, while a slim wallet or front pocket wallet suits buyers moving toward EDC wallet and minimalist ranges. Decide early on card capacity, whether you need a wallet with ID window, and whether a coin pocket belongs in the interior. Those choices drive cutting, lining and labor cost more than the leather on the swatch card. A travel wallet or zip-around long wallet can share hardware and packaging with a compact everyday piece, growing the assortment without a second supplier.
At sample stage, most quality differences come from details buyers cannot see in a photo. Ask for the leather temper, the lining material, and how the edges are finished — turned, painted or burnished. Check stitch density at stress points such as the card slot corners. If the wallet is RFID blocking, specify the shielding layer position so it sits behind the card slots without adding bulk. Hardware should be tested for pull strength and plating wear. A factory tech pack with dimensions, tolerances and a material reference shortens sampling and prevents drift between the approved sample and bulk.
For a custom wallet manufacturer, volume planning depends on material and construction. Light logo work on an existing shape is the fastest route: blind deboss or laser engraving needs no new tooling, and small batches can carry a custom gift box for corporate or groomsmen programs. Full bespoke development requires a pattern, a counter sample and more testing, so it suits a range you intend to repeat. Before bulk, confirm carton quantity, weight and packaging format. A pre-production sample signed off against the tech pack remains the reference for 100% inspection before shipment.
