Custom MagSafe Wallets, Magnetic Phone Wallets & Phone Card Holder Manufacturer
Phone wallets are a fit problem before they are a design problem. We tune the magnet array, the card capacity and the leather thickness so the wallet stays put on a phone case and does not bulge. Tell us whether you need MagSafe compatibility, a kickstand, a finger loop or an AirTag slot. Logos are blind debossed or laser engraved, with low MOQ runs and bespoke magnet layouts.

Custom MagSafe Wallets, Magnetic Phone Wallets & Phone Card Holders
A MagSafe card holder or magnetic phone wallet is only as good as its hold. N52 magnets are the usual benchmark, and the practical measure is the pull force through the phone case, not the Gauss figure printed on a spec sheet. Buyers should test with the case thickness their customers actually use; a wallet that holds on a bare phone may slide on a thick rugged case. Alignment features — a raised ring or a locating edge — matter as much as magnet strength.
Capacity and bulk trade off directly. A three-card magnetic wallet stays flat; a five-card version with a cash strap and a kickstand needs more depth and a stiffer backing. Stick-on phone wallets use adhesive and must be tested for residue and heat resistance, especially in cars. A MagSafe wallet with an AirTag holder adds a tracker slot but changes the internal layout, so the tech pack should show layer order, magnet positions and the shielding layer if RFID blocking is specified.
Materials and branding follow the phone accessory market: full grain or crazy horse leather for a premium feel, a vegan leather MagSafe wallet for price and consistency, and saffiano for scratch resistance. Blind deboss and laser engraving both work on leather; small metal badges can be added to the back. For retail, a header card or a slim box is often enough packaging, but gift programs may need a rigid box. Confirm the carton plan — phone wallets pack flat, so freight is relatively efficient.
